Ahhh! Yes it it!
As a new month approaches it a great time to reflect on the previous month. So in this post I will be reflecting on January, talking on what I want for myself this month and a few new challenges I am participating in!

Reflection || January went by too fast. Honestly what did I do? I maintained all A's! I have been staying positive and I am so proud of myself for that. Literally a lot of disappointing things happened but I only looked at the good. Good job Brianna! I have been drinking a lot of water consistently. Rarely have I had pop/juice so far this year! Also my fruit/veggies intake has gone up. Each day I prepared a snack bag of fruits/veggies that I would eat for breakfast, my mid-snack and lunch. And that's it. But, that's enough and it's okay because I am just starting!

February Goals ||

  • Stay +
  • Drink even more water
  • Do other workouts beside jogging and the same ole cardio
  • Do more acts of kindness
  • Upgrade to 3 days of "social media free" day
  • Actually talk on the phone with friends 
  • Participate in anything dealing with the arts
  • Give myself "Brie Time" every day for 1 hour
  • Dress up everyday and only have 1 "chill" day
  • Finish the challenges!

Challenges ||  I decided to participate in 2 challenges this month. One to help my well-being and the other to support Black History Month! The first one is30 Days Of Yoga. It started last month for 30 days but I was totally late and just saw so I wanted to do it for this month! You can start with me here.
