Officially Starting A Healthy Lifestyle

Hey beautiful people,
this week I have been inspired in so many to get back on my healthy journey. I didn't really fall off the wagon officially but I was surely drifting. Especially after my sprained ankle accident, I just got lazy with everything and forgot about my lifestyle change. But, I'm back. And I'm fully ready for a challenge. All today I have been doing research on how to stay motivated and some things I can do to get back on healthy wagon.

First, I found surround yourself with positive things. By that it's means to set a picture of a person with great abs as your wallpaper or download a fitness app to really insure your fully committed to what your ready change. I went to back to my all time favorite app Noom, and recently got Abs Trainer Free, C25k free and Squats (all pictured below). I am determined for great health and in all honestly the goal is not to lose weight anymore. I just want great checkups and a long lasting life. Also it can mean to don't put yourself down if you fall off, because it's human nature to crave unhealthy things - it's gonna happen whether or not you are a veteran or newbie to a healthy lifestyle.

Below I put together some things that are motivating me right now and a workout playlist. Also a few other random things I found that I really liked.

3. Squats

This is a real personal fitness trainer.Squats not only helps counting the number of Squats you do, but also calculates the calorie you lose during every excise and makes the training plan based on your daily training and body status.

4. Noom Coach

Keeps track of your meals, workouts and weight.

5. C25k Free

Helps keep track of your running and prepares you for a 5k run!
