Fit Friday | What's Your Goal?

Good Afternoon Loves,
today's "Fit Friday" is all about figuring out what is YOUR goal. As people we struggle finding the real purpose of even starting a healthy lifestyle. Trying to figure out with a "healthy lifestyle" really even means is tough. But hopefully by the end of this post you have a better understanding of what your going for.




Health is something that most people fail to think about what it actually comes to what it means to them. When you don’t know what it means to you, it’s so much harder to make changes because you don’t really know what what you want. Identifying what it means to you personally will help you to figure out which areas are more important to you. Does health mean eating unprocessed food and exercising? Does it mean taking time out each day to unwind and find yourself? Maybe it could be finding a healthy relationship with God. Which ever it is, it takes the time to sit and think about what being healthy means to you. Now I want you to think whenever you get a chance and write down what a healthy lifestyle looks like, feels like and visualize what your life will look like in the future once you've achieved all of your health goals. This will help you to see a better image of what you want for yourself.

Here are some examples of questions to ask yourself:

What do I want?
How can I get it?
What are some things I can do now?
How long will this take me?
What are the benefits?
Any cons?
Will this affect the people around me?
Is this good for my future?


Here's my goal:
Overall I want to eat clean as possible and of course it would be nice to lose a few pounds but not the goal. By the end of this year I want to fully be a clean eater, with no processed foods in my diet.
