Natural Hair | Moisturizing Deep Conditioning Treatment

Good Morning Everyone,
apart of my natural hair series, I decided to throw in a quick moisturizing winter deep conditioning treatment. It can be done for all hair types, but I am not sure about relaxed hair. I don't know enough information on relaxed hair therefore I am not saying this will or will not work on you if you are relaxed. So let's get right in to the treatment!

Total Time |
everyone is different, so do what fits your hair the most, but keep it in between 20-30 minutes.

What You'll Need |
1/2 banana
oil of your choice ( i use olive oil)
Kroger bag or plastic cap
(add how much you need for the ingredients, I did about 1 1/2 full spoon size for all of them. You decided how much you need by your hair length and how much moisture you need.)

Directions |
1. Gather all materials
2. Get your oil of choice and heat it up in the microwave for about 15 seconds
3. Put the banana in the container first and mash it up, if it's still a bit bulky put it in the microwave for about 10-15 seconds
4. After the banana is all mushy in the container add the rest of the ingredients
5. Mix it very well till it looks like a smooth conditioner
6. Apply all over head, it's easier if you apply it in sections
7. Put the Kroger bag or plastic cap on your head and leave it on for about 20-30 minutes
8. Rinse out after time is up and follow up with using a regular conditioner, I use Tresemme Naturals Conditioner, then finish up with you regimen

Tip | try to adding a bit of pure lavender if the mayo stinks up your hair too much.

For me this worked wonders. It had my hair feeling soft, more manageable and kept my curls shiny!
