Work It Out w/ Brie | New Fitness Plan

My New Fitness Plan!
Hey lovelies! How was your weekend? Yesterday I got pleasure to spend some quality time with my family. Me and mom mom got our eyebrows done by my sister at the shop (more info on my sister's company later) then did a little bit of makeup/hair products shopping, my brother went to Marshalls to find some fall shirts and my dad was watching a game. Towards the end of the day we all went to the movies to see Baggage Claim. I will have a review up later about the movie. Then we went to Red Robin's for dinner. So that was fun.Let me know below in the comments what you all did!

Ok, now to start of the week, I am completely changing my way of eating and working out. I realize two things in the past 3 weeks : 1 ) My hair is not as thick and shiny anymore and 2 ) being happy means eating happy. I've been watching a lot of YouTube videos and reading lots of articles online about hair and food. I didn't realize till now that what eat affects my hair! Lately I've been eating fast food.Sadly I've been slacking. But, no I'm officially back! I honestly care a lot about my health and my hair.

Reading a few articles also got me thinking about becoming a vegetarian. It is not a really big step for me. I rarely even eat meat now a days. Of course I am not giving up chicken, because I do need that as growing teen as well as others foods, but I am taking it a notch down. I've been talking to my doctor and she says it might be good for me, but only go half way, because I'm only 15, I'm still growing.


So now that being healthy is the ultimate goal, I wanted to share a few things that I'm doing and give a few tips along the way that has helped me. My goal though is not to lose weight, yes that would be nice, but really I just want to be healthy. Make sure I'm far away from anything that can attack my body. Work It Out w/ Brie is a new "series" that will be discussed every Monday! I will be either sharing my meal plan, my workout tips, some yummy healthy recipes and overall things that we should all know to help our body. Now all of us are different, so what might work for me, necessarily will not probably work for you. Hopefully it does but no guarantees.

I went shopping with my mom earlier to pick out the things that I will need. And in the photo above the V8 juice is the BOMBB!!!! All the favors are yummy.

Now here is my meal plan for the week and goals ||


Breakfast

2 types of fruit
oatmeal or healthy cereal
toast or boiled eggs ( eggs are prepared the night before)
smoothie

Lunch

any kind of sandwich with wheat bread
1 fruit
any granola bar
1 of any organic snack
trail mix
strawberry milk or water

Dinner

whatever mom cooks
-my mom is starting to cook more healthier meals, mostly shes been cutting out anything white-

Note : In between the hours I will be going back to drinking a lot of water
Also I am in school and we are not allowed to eat in class, even though I sneak I might go with some trail mix since it's easy to eat and holds me over.

Every Friday I will have a free day to eat snacks, because I am human and I love chocolate 


Workout Plan ||

Monday-Thursday

At 3 pm jog around complex for 2 hours
OR
At 4 pm bike around complex for 2 hours

Doing my exercise early helps me be able to relax from school and finish my homework if any.

Friday

YMCA

At the Y I usually jog around the track or workout in the fitness room

Saturday-Sunday

RELAXXXX

Goals

  • Workout at least 2 hours a day for at least 4 days
  • Stick to the meal eating plan 
  • Start off drinking 3 or 4 bottles a day ( I use to drink at least 6 or even sometimes 7 bottles a day, but I stopped like 2 months ago :( I need to go back, but the only thing is that I was using the restroom like crazy!Lol!)
  • Buy more nicer workout clothes, they make me feel better about working out

Hopefully everything goes through and smoothly!

{{ A lot of people think I am starving myself when I told them, but I am not, I am nowhere near doing that, I am just making my portions smaller and eating right. I know how bad it is to starve yourself I took a whole class called health and PE on it and I would NEVER do that. I am a growing child and I do need to eat!!!! }}
