Fitness Tip : Goal Setting & Water

The fitness tip for this week is goal setting. So many people set these long-term goals and end up not making them. So do what I'm trying now and that's setting short-term goals. Here's an example: If you start March 1st end and see your progress April 1st. If you haven't really made any then cut some things off and add more workouts .Cutting your time into pieces really helps. Also weigh yourself every other day and drink plenty of water!! WATER IS KEY though!! If you don't workout then at least drink 8 glasses or 4 bottles of water a day! I drink 3 bottles a day, I'm making my way up to 6.

My Exercise Plan:
Friday,Saturday, Sunday - Workout
Friday- Snack day
